Do you need my passwords? +
No. You connect your Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok through secure business tools and my scheduling platform. You stay in control of your accounts at all times. I just get permission to schedule and publish posts. No passwords are ever shared.
Do you answer DMs or handle comments for us? +
No. I focus on content creation and posting. DMs and detailed customer conversations (including comment replies, complaints, and service questions) are handled by you or your team. This keeps my pricing focused and affordable. You're paying for consistent posting, not a full-time community manager.
Can I approve everything before it goes live? +
Absolutely. For new clients, every post is shown in advance via a content calendar (usually weekly or monthly). Nothing goes live until you approve it. After the first 1 to 2 months, once we've locked in your brand voice, we can move to batch approvals. But sensitive or promotional posts always get individual sign-off.
Is there a long-term commitment? +
No long-term contracts. Everything is month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days written notice (email is fine). I'll finish any month you've already paid for, and then stop scheduling after the end date. No cancellation fees, no penalties.
How does payment work? +
Services are billed as a monthly retainer, paid in advance via Interac e-Transfer (Autodeposit). For new clients, the first month is always paid upfront before any posts go live. Ongoing clients are invoiced around the 22nd to 25th of each month, due by the 1st of the next month.
Why does Instagram require a Facebook Page? +
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) requires third-party tools like my scheduler to publish only to Business/Creator Instagram accounts, and those must be linked to a Facebook Page for API access. That's why my packages are structured as "Facebook only" or "Facebook + Instagram." There's no "Instagram only" option when posting via scheduling tools.
What type of account do I need on each platform? +
To let me post through a scheduling tool, each platform needs a specific type of business-level account:

Facebook: A Facebook Page (not a personal profile). If you only have a personal profile, we'll need to create a Page for your business.

Instagram: A Professional account (Instagram calls it "Business" or "Creator"). A personal Instagram account cannot be scheduled by third-party tools. Your Instagram Professional account is also linked to your Facebook Page, which is how the connection works.

TikTok: A Business account (also called a TikTok For Business account). TikTok now requires business accounts to verify their identity and submit business paperwork before they can be connected to third-party scheduling tools. A personal TikTok account cannot be scheduled this way.

These are free account types, but some (like TikTok) require a verification step before third-party posting works. If you aren't sure what type of account you have, I can help you figure it out during the free consult.
What if I want to supply my own videos later? +
If you have edited videos, Reels, or TikTok clips ready to go, I can handle uploading, writing captions, adding hashtags, and scheduling them across your platforms. This is billed as an add-on at $25 to $40 CAD per video post, on top of your regular package.
